the location impressed me. the entrance hall was beautiful, and i was greeted warmly. my room was a good size, the bathroom too. the owner was good and served breakfast.
the cleanliness in the bedroom was not perfect. the toilet seat was not cleaned behind the lid, round the hinges and under the seat splattered with urine stains.

strange baconsteel building work
The breakfast really let me down. the bacon tasted strange. Its color was off-putting. the owner didn't offer me an alternative, i found that quite rude. i also noticed some old steel building work on the drive up, not visible in the photos, that was quite an eyesore. It really spoiled the approach to the hotel.

the building work taking place nearby was noticeable. the portions at dinner were small. i think the bathroom was not as clean as it should be, i saw a bit of mold in the shower.
